Challenged America morphs into Challenged Sailors of San Diego (CSSD) While maintaining its Adaptive Sailing program for Adults and Kids with Disabilities.

I try to sail with Challenged Sailors of San Diego (CSSD) at least two times a month.  A non-profit organization located at Sunroads Marina on Harbor Island in San Diego, CA is dedicated to helping those with limiting disabilities.

Sailing on San Diego Bay is a great form of therapy for those that are usually wheel-chair bound, sightless or hearing impared.  Allowing their spirits to soar in a sailboat shows those that participate that they are truly 'unlimited.'

If you know someone who is handicapped, or would benefit from the services offered by CSSD, follow the link to their website and get connected. Let's go sailing!

See you there.
